Brand Park
When Leslie Brand passed away in 1925, his beautiful hilltop home with sweeping views of the Verdugo Mountain valley became the City of Glendale’s public library and park. The historic East Indian-inspired mansion, named Miradero, is a beautiful backdrop for sophisticated wedding photos surrounded by the sprawling 31-acre park. The park is far more than your typical green space. At the Brand Friendship Garden, serene ponds, manicured pathways, gorgeous tropical landscaping, and quiet gazebos paint the backdrop. The park offers so many unique visual elements for a breathtaking wedding day.

This award-winning venue near Ventura and Malibu is saturated in the history of small-town Fillmore. Originally an 1880s mission, this gorgeous church has been restored to its former glory with white stucco walls and Spanish architecture. The Topa Topa mountains roll across the backdrop behind the small local avocado and citrus farms.
The venue’s 80-foot lookout tower is a romantic spot for a first look with incredible views, and you have access to both the lush courtyard and bright, spacious sanctuary with 40-foot ceilings. Filmore can host up to 300 guests.

Newhall Mansion
This historic mansion is unlike anything you’ve ever seen. If you love Old Hollywood glamour and vintage elegance, Newhall Mansion won’t disappoint. Striking red trim against white walls, a stone tower, and black architectural elements make quite a statement. The expansive property with lush lawns, a sparkling pool, and a large courtyard will make your big day feel like a lavish 1920s house party (Great Gatsby vibes, anyone?)! You’ll have the whole private estate to yourselves, with enough space to host up to 300 guests.
The mansion is available for overnight stays, so you could have it to yourselves the entire weekend if you’d like. There are eight bedrooms, a dining hall, a fireside library, and all the luxury hotel amenities.

Rancho Camulos Museum
This 40-acre National Historic Landmark sits within an 1,800-acre working ranch in Ventura’s Heritage Valley. Views of the Piru Creek, Santa Clara River, and Oak Ridge Mountains make this spacious venue a sight to behold.
The museum can host up to 300 guests and features the 1853 ranch-style adobe hacienda, chapel, winery, schoolhouse, rose garden, and Tataviam Native American village.
Many couples book this historic venue for the colorful and fragrant orange groves and rose gardens. It doesn’t get more romantic than that!
