If you’re reading this, chances are, you’ve found the one you want to share all your tomorrows with. Congratulations! Now comes the fun part – turning this chapter of your story into art you can frame and share! The Historic Cactus Garden in Beverly Hills Park is a fantastic gem if you’re looking for a unique natural canvas for your engagement session.

Embracing Your Heritage & Celebrating the Future

These lovebirds chose the Historic Cactus Garden in Beverly Hills Park because they wanted their aesthetic to reflect their cultural heritage. The dirt paths, rock walls, and countless varieties of otherworldly cacti and succulents complemented her festive orange folklorico skirt, paying homage to her Mexican history.

I love it when couples add bits of their culture or family history into their sessions because it adds layers of meaning and context to their photos. There are so many incredible places in and around Los Angeles to use as a backdrop to create your own kind of art. I’m all about breaking the mold. No two sessions are alike because every couple is different. There’s no template! I’d LOVE for you to share your story and let me know more about your vision, personality, and interests so we can curate a perfectly personalized session.

If you’re considering this unique cactus garden, it’s one of my favorite spots for a distinctly SoCal session. I love that it paints a different, although still authentic, side of Southern California. Don’t get me wrong, palms and ocean views have a piece of my heart, but I enjoy working with this rugged landscape, too. We’re so blessed with such a variety!
