This Hotel Californian intimate wedding in Santa Barbara is one for the books. Alexis and Alex originally had different plans but like many couples, COVID had other plans. This ended up working out because they fell in love with this hotel. They had a laid-back wedding and it was perfect. I am so happy they were able to get married on this date and to be a part of their wedding.
Alexis’s hotel room was right next to the ceremony are and so I was able to be a bit more creative when hanging her dress. After spending time with the bridal party, I met Alex at the train station parking lot and photographed the groomsmen. The ceremony was beautiful. The best thing about intimate weddings is getting to feel all the love in the room. Their closest family and friends got to enjoy one of the happiest moments of their life.
During the romantics, we walked around and had a little adventure. They even showed me their favorite restaurant, the one they frequented when Alex lived in Santa Barbara.
